Good Stretch Yoga was born out of Beth’s desire to teach yoga in a fun, personal and fluid environment.

She blends her playful style with her belief that teaching correct alignment and form in asana will help her students achieve its full benefits and prevent injury so that they can enjoy their practice for a lifetime. Her mission is to provide a safe, informative, and feel-good space to practice using smart and creative sequencing, great music, and a little laughter. Have you been told “you should try yoga” but you’ve been too intimidated to join a studio? Have you practiced using online classes and thought “am I doing this right”? Good Stretch was created for you.

The Mission

Beth’s mission is to help students align their minds, body and soul through movement and breath by guiding them through a practice that is joyful, intelligent and specifically designed for them.
